Termination

Passwords

You agree that the password provided to you to access the site will not be disclosed to any other person either within or outside your organisation for any purpose.
Upon Leaving Public Service

You agree to advise the EPA via the site prior to ceasing your employment with a public sector authority that you are no longer suitable to have access to the site.
Law

These Terms and your use of the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
